Northwest Construction & Landscape installs, repairs and maintains irrigation systems to ensure that your residential or commercial property is properly watered throughout the growing season. As water is a limited resource, we aim to provide you with the most efficient irrigation system to keep your lawn and landscape looking healthy.

In the spring, we will gladly come out to your property to audit your system, check for breaks or damage, and activate your system. Maximum coverage is our aim, and we take utmost care to correct wasteful design and/or programming.

We can upgrade, repair, or redesign an existing system using top quality irrigation products. For new installations, only the best irrigation equipment is used. Our method is executed by highly trained professionals who do not cut any corners. All piping is buried at least 12” deep into the ground. All valve boxes are set level and square, and are filled with drain rock to keep the box clean and to prevent soil intrusion. Controllers are carefully installed and programmed.

In the fall, we offer irrigation winterization – known as a “blow-out” – to prevent water from freezing inside your system. In regions like the Northwest where frost levels in the winter often extend beyond irrigation piping, this service is crucial in preventing damage to internal components that result in costly repair in the spring.
