This Bremerton house was deserted for many months. We were hired to create a basic landscape to make this house presentable for potential buyers, working with a limited budget. After this landscape was installed, the house was sold within one week, making the flipper a substantial amount of money.
We created a dual pathway to enter the house, and created flower beds with placement rocks resulting in an appealing first impression. Prior to our services, the backyard was an overgrown steep hill that did not function as a backyard. We leveled the ground and built a retaining rock wall as well as rock steps which led to the bus stop on the road behind the house.
